Juya Terms & Conditions — What You Need to Know Before Using the Platform

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the juya platform. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating accounts or playing games. Access from restricted regions outside Bangladesh is not permitted. Only one account may be created per person, under your real name and with accurate information. If the same individual operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be permanently closed and balances may be forfeited.

2. Account Security & Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login credentials completely confidential. Sharing your password or login details with anyone else is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. Providing accurate and truthful personal information in your account is mandatory; providing false information may result in your account being closed at any time. juya may request a national ID or other documents for identity verification purposes when necessary.

3. Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy
